Better than expected I struggled to find a highly rated sofa until I found this one. I had a budget of $400 for a sofa but I ended up going over because I liked this one. I wasnt sure what I was going to get but I am very happy with it. The velvet is soft, the cushions are soft but firm, and the sofa is sturdy. I have it on my rug so it stays put. The assembly absolutely requires two people. I have put together many things by myself that require two people but this one I couldnt do by myself. The left arm has two holes to secure the base but the bottom hole is drilled incorrectly. I have contacted the seller and will update if they respond.
