First, lets start out with the other reviews. I had read some people experienced bed bugs on arrival. So I was very cautious but decided to purchase anyways. I did a very thorough check didnt take it inside my apartment until I was certain there were no bugs. I didnt find any, nor have I had an infestation since buying the bed. Ive had it for a few weeks now.
It also ships in 2 different boxes. I read some didnt receive them both the same day, though mine came the same day.
The bad
This bed is very difficult to put together as most of the pieces just dont quite fit. Best way to put it, its very tight. So make sure you put a few hours aside to assemble before committing. Im also dreading the day I move out of this apartment, its going to take forever to take apart put back together.
There was a very strange odor that is just now beginning to lighten. I cant quite place the smell but its very chemical like. Lavender pillow spray is great for this (I spray it down once a day) so definitely have some on hand for the headboard.
Its not flimsy, but it isnt the sturdiest bed. It wobbles just a little, however I dont mind its not a problem for me. Sturdy enough.

It looks aming. This really doesnt look like a 200 bed in person. It looks expensive. Its very nice, and the studded edges are beautiful. A quality look for sure.

Comfortable and fits my mattress perfect. I love that I dont need a box spring as I threw mine out a couple years ago (do people even still use those? haha) The headboard is also quite comfy to sit up against.
Value for the money! Definitely worth the money. Especially compared to other beds, theres no other deals like this that Ive seen for a nice bed like this one.

Honestly, if you are considering giving this a shot I would say take the chance. Yes some have had issues with bed bugs, but bed bugs are fairly easy to spot when you know what to look for (google is a great resource) so just make sure you thoroughly check everything before putting it in your bedroom.
