I had bought this chair earlier in November but upon arrival and unboxing i found the inner frame was damaged. After taking with a representative I was given a new chair. Communication was very good, they made sure the problem was taken care of, and Im very happy with the recliner.
The recliner itself has a soft overstuffed feel, the recline motion works very smoothly. Assembly was very easy only needing to connect the top back to the base. I recommend this to anyone looking for a lay/z/boy style recliner on a budget. I think this is a good option
