This product did not last a year with half of the year it went unused. Dont waste your money. Update: customer service is wonderful and totally backed their product 140%. They sent replacement parts and extended the warranty from 1 to 3 years. They were even nice enough to offer a sprinkler for our troubles.
One good piece of advice if your mat rips and they send a replacement ask for new springs as well save you time and effort.
