We love the bunk beds and our daughters are enjoying them

We love the bunk beds and our daughters are enjoying them. But we have issues with the wood peices on the top bunk and the latter. the screws keep coming out! Our kids are young and do not play rough on it I would like to be contacted and some how get replacement peices i shouldnt have to worry about screws coming out of the bed all the time. Its not bad its just not great.
