The value of this fan far outweighs how much it costs. I installed and put it together myself, and it took about 45 minutes from beginning to end. It was easy to do and the air and light it produces is wonderful! I bought this to replace an older fan with a broken chain, but these chains can take lots of hard pulls with no problem.
