My husband and I landed on this because we were looking for an affordable, fully assemble-able couch to fit up three flights of 22 wide stairs. Putting it together was a breeze, it looks good in our living room, and the cushions are acceptably comfortable (considering the price). The main drawback is the depth of the unit
Im a petite 53, and my knees stick off about an inch when I sit down - which leads to discomfort after a few minutes. No need to describe my 62 husbands experience. Normally one of us takes the L section and the other tries to spread out on the main side. But often enough, by the end of a movie, one of us has moved to the floor.
I believe as a secondary seating option it is a decent product, but I wouldnt recommend it to folks as their everyday couch unless they had no other option - like we did.
It will do
