I got an open box deal on this and the couch was in perfect shape! Two people put it together in about 30 minutes. We needed a third hand to get the 2 sides to click in place but it was easy! The couch if firm but comfy and is very sturdy. We havent sat on it much as it is not our main lounge area. It is so beautiful and really classes up the joint!
