We bought 2 of these. One for both of our boys. The first one we havent had any issues with! The other one broke in 6 months. The support bar completely snapped off which then caused the side rail to spilt in half. With that being said I reached out to Customer service with pictures and a copy of my purchase. They got back with me right away and worked with me to send replacement parts. By far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Kudos to Kyla for making these a smooth transaction and making it right!! I would reinforce the bar where it attaches to the head and foot boards. I love this product
