Very good customer support. The chair is easy to assemble. Item does arrive in multiple boxes which makes it easy to handle. This chair is extremely rigid and no matter what we did, it hurt. We even tried removing the cover to add foam padding and that did not hurt. The chair feels like a very hard wood and hurts even worse if youre attempting to use it as a bed. No one in my home could sit in this chair for longer than 30 minutes without severe pain. It was too difficult to box back up and ask for a return, so I took a loss on this item and donated the chair to a local charity.
The yellow is extremely bright yellow, which I wasnt expecting. The color is not bad, but be warned its very bright. As I said earlier, customer support is wonderful and I dont think its possible to break this chair, so Im giving it a decent rating for sturdiness, but comfort gets one star or less (if that were possible). Hope to improve in the future
