    Amazing chair...annoying to assemble

This is definitely an amazing chair, especially for the cost! I would have given this 5 stars for the product itself, but due to the assembly I felt it was appropriate to deduct one star. Theoretically assembly is easy, as you just have to attach the back, the arms and the connector beam, aka stretcher; however the actual feat is not so easy, as it requires a technique that is not described in the instructions. So I thought I might provide some helpful tips to minimize your frustration of assembling this product. 1.Keep all bolts loose (especially the back cushion) until the entire product is assembled, then tighten each bolt. NOTE:The back cushion is essential to keep loose in order to align the holes. 2. In order to get the connector beam( the stretcher)to align in the appropriate holes, it is important to make this the initial step and focus when attaching the arms. NOTE: Do not attach the arms to the back cushion until the stretcher has been attached on both arms, and the other arm/seat bolts have been aligned with bolts loosely in place. ?First loosely attach the front arm/seat bolt (closest to the stretcher) to provide support. You can now maneuver the arm to align the stretcher. ?Loosely tighten the bolt for the stretcher enough to give it a good support, but not too tight so you can still adjust it. ? Loosely attach the rear arm/seat bolt to provide support in order to flip the chair to attach the second arm. Repeat the same instructions to attach the second arm. ?Once the stretcher is attached, and arm/seat bolts are in place you can align the back cushion and insert the bolts once aligned. You can now tighten all of the arm bolts simultaneously. 3. Tighten the back cushion bolts (under the seat) last, after the chair is completely assembled. You will want to tighten the middle bolt first and then tighten the left and right bolts simultaneously to give equal tension on each side. If you have a wobbly chair it is because the tension is unequally distributed. You will want to adjust the tension and test it by placing the chair upright between each adjustment, until it is corrected. 4. Do not insert the wood caps until after the chair is completely assembled to your liking; in case you need to make adjustments to the bolt tightness. I hope this helps! This is again is such a great chair for the cost. I would hate for anyone to miss out on it due to poor assembly issues.
