Product was packaged well all instructions parts were there. Not difficult to assemble with most of frame assembled. Appears to be relatively good quality, swivels, reclines, vibrator electronics work fine. Stitching appears to be good simulated leather is acceptable chair is comfortable. Time will tell how well it holds up. Good value for money!
