The wood is plastic but it looks good. I do have a tip for assembly. Although it can be confusing because the legs are not labeled left and right, if you first look at the direction of the screws on the instructions, the legs have a bit of a recess around the holes. The recess is for the head of the screw so it doesnt stick out. Buy it again.
