Start with pros, fast shipping, good packaging,Its and its beautiful. I dont like the open bed posts at the top, wish there was some type of closure for it. I also dont like how far the bars are on the bed. We will need to put a thin base under my daughters foam mattress so it does not fall through the bars. We have purchased 3 other similar beds and non of the other beds have this problem with their foam mattresses. They offer the right amount support so the mattress does not slip through the bars. Over all not bad, cute style, but may have been happier going with the other company that we used for my daughter canopy so we would not have to problem solve a solution for my daughters mattress.
