For the money it is awesome! I bought this product for my daughter to use. The trampoline itself was easy to assemble and can be completed in about an hour. My daughter loves it!
The customer service was very good. When shipped, the box for the trampoline is over 100 lbs and it arrived damaged. We received all of the larger parts, but some of the smaller hardware used to connect the net around trampoline was lost during shipping. I contacted the Customer Service line listed on the manual. They were very accommodating and sent me replacement parts when I told them of the issue. Great customer service!
