As we were halfway done with the installation we realized the predrilled holes to put the safety net up-did not align properly. Unexpectedly my husband had to spend a few extra hours drilling the holes on the poles just so we can have the safety net installed. We must have spent a little over 4 hours putting it together. Thought about returning it but it was too much of a hassle to disassemble all that hard work and re-package the super-heavy to carry trampoline. Read other similar reviews with the same problem. So be aware of this issue as it might happen to you too.
I purchased the 12ft trampoline and so far
after assembly seems to be a very good product. My 8 3 y/o enjoy jumping on it and just seeing their faces full of joy makes the purchase worth it. Very bouncy and sturdy. I really like the L shape legs as I feel more secure jumping on it. Just wish it came with a ladder.
Assembly was not as easy either. Instructions were vague. Went on YouTube and was lucky to have found a few people who had posted a video on how they assembled theirs. Went off by that rather than the manual.
I took off one star since its so disappointing that I spent almost $400 on a product that wasnt well manufactured and having to drill holes just to make it work.
The seller reached out and offered a $50 rebate (which I have yet to see) still doesnt make up for the time and sweat we spent to assemble the poorly manufactured poles. $150 sounds more reasonable if you ask me. I also asked about how to obtain a ladder and was asked to send them a screenshot of my review and they would send one out for free. So I will update once I receive what I was promised.
