I purchased this for my husband for our anniversary. He loves it. The statue is very handsome and looks like a one if a kind type gift. I did purchase one of the wood bases that was offered when I added the statue to the cart. Unfortunately, they came from two different places and did not arrive in time for gifting, but do look fine together now on the mantle where he placed them.
