It was perfect! Starting off, I knew what I was buying and its certainly not to be compared with, say, a 600 futon (though I have been on some that werent great). Its very average and it does its part as a good quality futon very well. If you put pillows or padding on it, its excellent as a piece of furniture to relax on. I would actually give it 5 stars as I feel like I got my moneys worth with it had I actually been sent the black color that I had ordered instead of a light blue.
