This is by far the best company to buy product from. The trampoline is good and easy to understand and assemble. Takes around 3 hours for the first timer but pretty straight forward. One thing I could have done better was put the cushion pool noodles before I started to put the assemble the net. The reason I am writing this review today is because of their customer service. After I registered the product I was assigned a quality control rep who I could ask any question and help with the warranty. We had a damage due to high wind and I contacted the rep, she sent the replacement parts well packing with in a week, without a single question. I want to give them more than 5 start if it was available, this is the customer quality and satisfaction al the products should provide..
