This company did replace the legs that were sent broken in a timely manner. The chairs look great and are very comfortable. I am grateful that their customer service was excellent and I am very happy to have these at my kitchen bar.

I just received by barstools and assembled them. After a lot of hard work and money I was really hoping for good results, but, UNFORTUNATELY, two out of the four barstools have cracked front legs (which is four legs). The barstools are gorgeous and very comfortable so I would like to work it out with the company to get replacements. I will be updating my review with regards to customer service and results!
