My son loves it! After hours on the phone with customer service and the rep completely not understanding the problem, we made a trip to the hardware store and purchased some custom metric/threaded screws that were too long, and washers to make them fit, and finally got it assembled. All I really wanted was more hardware (we were missing 3 screws and had an extra 3 incorrect screws). This was for my sons first apartment, so it worked out okay.
