Beautiful and Sturdy Chair - Customer Service is Outstanding
This chair is beautiful, was easy to assemble and looks great in my living room. I am a small person though (5 ft tall) and it was way too big for me as my feet did not touch the floor and my head hit the backrest way below where it should have, making sitting in it not at all the experience I had hoped for. I contacted the seller and was going to return the chair. The seller was very responsive and a pleasure to work with however, before I began the return process, I tried putting a large euro cushion on the seat and a small ottoman under my feet and the chair is perfect for me now. As a bonus all the normal size people in my house can use it also! Love the chair and loved the outstanding customer service. ez to install!
