I ordered 3. Originally saw a the same design with a different manufacture. This stool was a much lower price and was in stock so I bought. After we assembled and had the opportunity to sit and actually use, I noticed a chip and some uneven material where the cushion meets the wood type material. originally tried to offer me 10% refund but I wanted a replacement. Unfortunately they no longer have this and told me to contact the manufacturer which I did. They told me they do not support 3rd party purchases. Called again and the were able to provide me a better % back. I would still recommend and defiantly would buy off over and over.
