Giving this chair 5 stars after using it for one day. Construction is sturdy and well thought out. I love the wheels are a little rubberized so they are quiet and grip my tile. The ergonomics of the chair are great, along with the lumbar support. I feel this chair actually forces me to have better posture. Being in AZ, the mesh back is a plus giving my back the ability to breath. The seat is firm but comfortable. I can see this chair lasting a long time.
