Great product, very safe and sturdy, and hands down the best customer service out there. My net enclosure was shipped with a malfunctioned zipper. I emailed the company and within 2 days, another net enclosure was shipped out and delivered right to my door. Im not one to write reviews but I had to after my wonderful customer service experience (thank you Grace!) I HIGHLY recommend.
