The trampoline only took my husband 2 hours to set up by himself. It seems to be very sturdy! The zipper works great and we love the height and durability of the net.
I really wanted to write this review in regards to their customer service. Our son put some rocks on the mat and one of them was stepped on hard enough that it punctured a small hole. No big deal and was totally user error - but I emailed the company just to see what we could use to patch it. They emailed me back right away - I sent them a picture of the hole... and literally THE NEXT DAY we received a package with an entirely new replacement jumping mat! We could not be happier with their customer service. For this reason we will buy from them again and recommend them to friends.
