We love the Trampoline. We had a wind storm and had damage to 3 of the poles. I contacted the seller who put me in touch with the manufacturer and the customer service was awesome. I told them the problem and the parts I needed to fix the damage and they shipped them out the next day. Trampoline bacl to original state. Very resonsponive. You wont be able to locate manufacture on the web, go back through the seller!
