We had this trampoline for 4 months when tragedy struck in the form of a wind storm. We were dumb and didnt stake it down. The trampoline had parts that were bent and crushed. After contacting the manufacturer directly, they sent us the parts for free and only charged shipping. The rep was Mandy and even though all of her correspondence was over email, the new parts arrived quickly and she was great to deal with. Very thankful to for getting our trampoline back again with very little effort. We will stake it down this time. Very good product as well. Very sturdy and durable product and my husband assembled this by himself within about 2-3 hours. So far we are very happy with everything!
