Love, love, love this bed!!!! I purchased 2 for my son daughter. My husband and I put it together. A bit of work but so worth it!! The dresser/bookshelf are optional. You can move where you want. The kids love that they can play underneath. Love the pull out desk! Sturdy wood! Everything about this product was great. My babies love it just as much as I do so thumbs up!! Good quality.
