I was very skeptical making this purchase because there were no reviews, but Im so glad I went through on it! Im very surprised at how sturdy this thing is. The only things that are flimsy are the drawer bottom and back paneling, but they could be way worse. Those dont get too much use in terms of heavy weight anyways. All the holes line up perfectly, everything went together exceptionally well. I have a back injury, so it took me 3hrs to complete this by myself. I ended up taking the wheels off because I didnt want it rolling anywhere and my floors are slick so it slid as soon as I touched it. I will be adding furniture feet instead because I dont plan on moving it around. Below are the pros and cons.
PROS:
- Way higher quality than I anticipated, very heavy, but not too heavy to move. Its not as heavy as solid wood but it sure feels like solid wood.
- Everything lines up perfectly (truly, not a single hole was off) and even the drawer lined up perfectly (I though I would SURELY have an issue with the drawer, but nope)
- I had at least 1 extra of all the screws so there was no shortage of anything. All the pieces arrived and were accurately labeled.
- Packaging was really well done, everything was padded with styrofoam and if the box were to have been damaged, you can tell it wouldnt have damaged the product. It also came in 2 boxes which made my life easier trying to get it in my house and up the stairs.
- The stainless steel top was in perfect condition because it was covered with a film for protection.
CONS:
- The instructions are a joke, it only has pictures so you really have to think about it when putting it together.
- It would be near impossible to do with a basic screw driver, this needs power tools to assemble without wanting to throw pieces at the wall.
