    Easy, fun workout

    Great for people that have issues with swelling. I work from home, sitting for several hours at a time, so I had developed lots of swelling in my lower legs and feet. I bought this because Ive heard mini trampolines are great for lymphatic drainage.and just WOW. My very first workout was only 15 minutes and after only a few hours, there was huge improvement with my foot swelling. Its easy, fun and doesnt take up much space. Ive read that 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes of running (without all the damage to you joints). Very easy to put together and super sturdy. Im glad I gave this a try.
