I love these chairs! They are elegant, sturdy and comfy to sit on and the perfect height . I have very little experience putting together furniture, but the instructions were easy to follow. When I was putting them together, a few of the bars wouldnt fit in properly because the paint coating dried around the nub making it too big to fit. It probably wouldve been an easy fix if I had a small sharp sander. I was able to complete one chair. I read that you could reach out to them directly with any issues instead of returning, so I emailed them and got a response within hours. The person that responded was very understanding, personable and genuinely wanted to make things right. Within just a day and acouple of email correspondence, my new chair was on the way to my house. I did not have to send the other one back, so I kept it for parts. Its a big box sent hawaii too! After I received my chair, I got an email a couple days later to check on the status! But they werent done A few weeks later I got an appreciation note and chocolate from them for any trouble I had and wishing me well during this time. BEST customer service ever!! Really warmed my heart. But truly, I love these chairs and would definitely buy from again Very well built
