I purchased these chairs in October - had an issue with 2 of them, as they came with different chair backs. I called the manufacturer and they provided outstanding customer service. They were quick to respond and resolved my issue by sending out 2 new chairs, while allowing me to keep the 2 that were wrong. Its been 5 months and the chairs have held up well so far - They are comfortable to sit in and look great against my kitchen island. I would definitely purchase them again
