It is unassembled and in a box that is a little awkward to move. Assembly wasn't too bad, nor did it take too long. Comfort is there but I'm not sure I have it adjusted to exactly where it would be better.........or maybe it is, and that's all I get. The chair seems to be well manufactured and seems ok on a 6'1 frame.
