I bought the Ticova version of this chair first because it looked and sounded identical and was $10 less. It wasn't idential - far from it. Frankly it was defective - it tilted to one side even though assembled correctly. Naturally, I returned it after a laborious disassemble that couldn't be completed due to locking, press fit parts. It had to be sent back in 2 boxes! Luckily, I subsequently bought the version and used its shipping carton to send back the Ticova parts that couldn't be disassembled. The GOOD NEWS: this chair (the version) is GREAT! FAR SUPERIOR despite costing only $10 more. They may look the same but they are oh so different. The has a plastic moulding attached to the bottom of the seat cushion (the Ticova doesn't) that insures it will assemble correctly, sit level and last a LONG TIME. I could go on and on about the parts and construction superiority, but I'll cut to the chase: BUY THIS ONE. You will not be dissatisfied.
