Pretty solid bunk bed so far. Was packaged well and all of the pieces were in good shape. We have had it for a week. Wasnt too difficult to assemble and best done with two people. Our 7 year old son absolutely loves it and he is finally sleeping in his own bed now that he has this! He chose the top bunk and the bottom bunk will work great for when he has sleepovers with friends. Happy with the purchase. I think this is a good option
