Easy to follow instructions, takes some time but not hours long project. Pretty sturdy but makes some noise when kid moves around or climbs ladder. Would not recommend if you have low ceilings, a fan or light in the way etc. or if you child is on the taller side. Good value overall. Best deal for a very nice
