Assemble.Got this for my teenager as a study chair, he totally loves it. Its comfortable and soft, perfect for when you dont want to sit on bed or sit in a desk. It folds up easily too. My son is 6 1 and I thought it might be too small for him, but it is good I got him a little mini desk to acconpany, even better.
