Overall this shelf is what I expected it to be. Assembly was straight forward for the most part and easy however some of the pieces werent easy to get to come together. My biggest disappointment was the color. I was expecting dark brown/cherryish from the pictures and other pieces I have in espresso. This is black or at best the blackest brown Ive ever seen.
