Its pretty solid. Its low though. The bottom bunk is literally one inch off the ground and there onmh about two or three foot space under. I got spring mattress that recommended but theres still space in between. Would still recommend for the price with everything including. Building wise it was pretty easy but you do need a two person team. Its also heavy af. Really really heavy so pay for the guy to bring it to your home. Its worth it..
