This is a statement chair -- eye-catching and bigger than one might visualize from the measurements -- so you have to love it. I didnt, First, the seat is too deep at 24 inches front to back. My 6 ft tall husband needed a pillow behind his back in order for his knees to bend at the front edge of the seat and his feet reach the floor. Im 57 and couldnt do either. Second, the fabric is synthetic material that is 100% flame retardant and 75% scratchy. Finally, the seat cushion rises like a mound in the middle, which means your thighs rest higher than your rear. Not great for the lower back. But it is a handsome design and would be great eye candy in a reception area if nobody needs to sit for more than 10 minutes.
P.S. Delivery was ahead of schedule. The chair was packaged well but the bag of bolts and washers (to attach the legs) was split open and we spent 20 minutes fishing them out of various nooks and crannies inside the chair where the bag was taped. It is so so uncomfortable
Looks = 10, comfort = 3
