I received this today without the side rails, side wings on the , no hardware, and no installation instructions. Not that we can assemble since most of the upholstered pieces are missing. Not happy.
Update. We received a second box 4 days after the first with the remaining pieces of the bed. Still had to email to get the assembly instructions. Havent assembled yet, but seems to be all in order. Changing review to 3 stars pending assembly.
