We ordered a two pack of these chairs to accent our dining room chairs. They arrived timely and were packaged nicely. The challenge came when we assembled the chairs. The padded seat had been put on the the frame on the wrong side on each. This caused the back legs to angle inward instead of outward after assembly. We contemplated sending them back, but instead we just removed the three L brackets holding the seat cushion to the frame and reversed the assembly. After that they went together fine and look good. We only lost the zippered felt material under the chair as a result. worth every penny
