So I initially purchased this sofa back in Feb/2022. When it arrived it was missing parts and even received items that were NOT apart of my ordered product. I contacted the seller giving them details of what I received and immediately they replaced the sofa without any hassle! They stayed in communication with until receiving my item. I wasn't charged anything extra nor did I have to come out of pocket for any additional costs. Once arrived, the assembly was very easy and I must say, my husband and I are honestly pleased with the finished look.
