I just received the navy blue barstools today. They were well packaged and I was able to assemble them in just a couple minutes. (Honestly, it took longer to unwrap all of the foam and cardboard than it did to put them together!) The lift mechanism seems to work well, although you do have to sit on it to lower the stool. The adjustable height was a major selling point for me...short people problems! They seem pretty sturdy. Im happy with the quality for the price. Im glad the base is a matte black and not shiny...definitely fits my decor better! All in all, I would recommend these!
