let me start by saying i had spinal fusion surgery throughout the majority of my spine. most chairs are extremely uncomfortable for me as they have weird curvature in the back. this is the first chair i have ever felt comfortable sitting in. no lie! when i first sat in it i almost cried because i couldnt believe it. it has soft support and helps u sit straight. i also built it myself and am quite small and not that strong lol. so id give it a 5/5 for assembly, comfort, and support. everyone thats sat in it has loved it.
