All the pieces were there, but after reading the instructions and starting to assemble, I discovered that some parts were labeled wrong. It took a lot of assembling and assessing and then taking apart and reassembling to make sure it was built right. It came out okay in the end, but the directions are one small step up from IKEA directions. definitely use an electric drill, if you just use the allen wrench it comes with youll be building all night. Overall, it gets the job done as far as needing a bed frame, but I know ill need to replace it in a year or two.
