So we ordered these chairs in the lovely , but one of them came damaged. When I requested a complete return, the company contacted me, FedExed me a pair of replacement chairs, and even forwarded my concerns about the packaging to the higherups. Voila, my chairs came, and they werent damaged this time. I love these chairs, they are soft and comfy, and look lush, but I love their customer service even more!
