Classic case where the assembly difficulty outweighs everything else.
Let me be clear. This bed is made well and works nicely if you have a small room and need more space. That said, it was a complete NIGHTMARE to assemble. Specifically, the for the mattress. Two of them simply would not fit and I had to bend then frame to make them. Additionally, the little plastic hooks that connect these are ridiculously cumbersome and time consuming to put on. Prepare to pinch and bust your knuckles to death (if you dont have gloves). Bottom line: We like the finished product but I would NEVER order again due to an insanely poor design that took waaaaay longer than it should have to assemble.
