It came a day early, was pretty easy to put together. One piece had a little scratch on it but no biggie, it happens. One screw out of all of them wouldnt line up but there were 3 others around it. It was packaged very well, each piece was nicely labeled with a letter and the side with letter went up (letter itself could be larger). I would definitely recommend, daughter loves it and I climbed up there myself and wasnt worried.
